I finally got up the nerve to alter an Ikat peasant top from the Gap I hardly ever wore
and I'm so happy with it now. It's made with the softest cotton...
I overdyed it with dark indigo & embroidered the the front
with some running stitches, zig zag and red french knots.
I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I'm looking at my closet with a newfound vision ;)
